Zhan Zhuang (for your liver)

By continuing this posture, meridian of the liver will be smooth and make your liver strong. The Chi power received by the palm of the one hand will be passed to the other hand and Chi power runs through your whole body. It is important to set tip of your lower hand at the elbow of your other hand (acupressure point of 少海). Change hand and do it longer than 15 minutes for both hands.
