1. Five Elements Kong
Five Elements Kong is coming from the theory of Ying and Yang and five elements. Chinese medicine defined that all beings are made of five elements such as Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Five major inward organs (liver, heart, lien, lung and kidney) relates to five elements. Five Elements Kong is a Chi Kong method to use five major inward organs by doing combination of bodily movement and breathing.

2. Incense Kong
Incense Kong is also called as Chinese Incense and Wisdom Chi Kong. If you practice this style, very nice incense will be coming out from your body and so as the idea of wisdom. Incense Kong is consisting of three levels of class, beginner, intermediate level and advanced level. Advanced level can only be learned from the master of Incense Kong in China directly. However, even at the level of beginner and intermediate level of classes, good and nice incense will be coming out from your body. This is the most popular Chi Kong in China.

5.1 Beginner level
This level is for health and healing.

5.2 Intermediate level
This level of Kong will develop special ability and idea of wisdom will be with you.

6. Fai Huei Kong
This method is quite unique even in China. g•Ô‰ñh means rejuvenation. Seven kinds of movement will strengthen hormone in the body. Basis of Chi power has a relation with hormone and if you activate hormone, it will lead you to rejuvenation.

7. Automatic Movement Kong
Basically, human or animal has natural spontaneous movement. Especially when you are tired or ill, your body tends to move as a natural reaction. In case of Chi Kong, after the breathing method, and you autosuggest yourself, your body will start moving without instruction from your head. Style of movement is different by each personfs character, health condition and sensitiveness. This method is called as gself discoveryh or gself healingh Kong. When you are in the movement, evil Chi will be released from your body and good Chi will be absorbed into your body.

It is very important to do Settlement Kong (ŽûŒ÷j. Settlement Kong will bring you back to the original state. If you will not go back to your original state, it is said to be that you may be suffered by the side effect (•Î·). This style of Chi Kong should be learned and performed in front of the master especially at the beginning.
